A quarrel with a happy ending
Harry Hermione sighed, holding out the sugar bowl. He was seated between her and Ron at every meal for almost a week now, and the two had not the slightest intention to start over to talk ... and - to be honest - it was definitely tired of a link between the two! - Harry ... you may ask Hermione if I pass the pumpkin juice? - Ron asked, fiddling with his empty glass.
- Man, I tell you sincerely, Mione to you: I'm tired of this situation! He sees a solution, right? - Child survivor said impatiently, standing up. Maybe without him to act as a bridge, would finally speak again, although given the hard head of both was difficult.
- But Harry! - Said the two boys in the choir, feeling betrayed by their best friend.
- Haha ... Your business! -
As Harry left the Great Hall immediately gave the two boys back, insisting to talk to other Gryffindor: Hermione for the first time in his life bore the chatter of Lavender and Parvati on make-up and perfume, as Ron tried for the umpteenth time to get an explanation from Seamus - unnecessarily - the rules of football Muggle.
Both came to lecture at the last minute because they were strenuously engaged in making different paths to get to the classroom, having the same mission especially difficult matter to follow, with the result that they found themselves having to share the bench.
As if they were back in elementary school, Hermione raised a pile of books between them to separate clearly the middle bench and scolded them every time Ron tried have a chat with Dean, accusing it of preventing it from following the lessons of good McGranit. Too bad the aforementioned professor did not like the bickering that followed, establishing a better punishment to be served with: rearrange the whole section at the library!
Hermione walked with rapid steps towards the library, red with shame: the MAI had been given a punishment for having disturbed a lesson then! It was all Ron's fault, as usual! At least Harry gets into trouble to save the entire wizarding world, not because he was too proud to apologize like that other! Known then it would have had to make the most of the work alone, because it was assumed that he would arrive late, pulling out one of his absurd excuses.
but Ron managed to pleasantly surprise: when he entered the room and walked in the immense solid steps towards the desired section and saw him already busy working, more in the higher shelves, for the most ; difficult to reach.
As soon as he saw her enter the room he tried to talk to her, but she refused any attempt at conversation. The boy, however, not give in, and continued to try to attract his attention.
- Mione! - Hissed once again, hoping it will not give him away for the umpteenth time.
- What do you want? - The girl asked, angrily. If Ron had not bothered all the time, had already finished more than a shelf!
- Hem ... - The boy began with scarlet ears. How on earth did he apologize if he would answer that? - Nothing important ... -
Hermione shook her head, clearly annoyed by the behavior of the red. Soon, however, Ron found the courage to go back to the office.
- Mione! -
No response.
- From Mione! -
Again the silence was the only thing who responded to his call, not to mention the dirty looks that gave him Madam Pince.
- Listen ... I'm sorry, okay? I should not make fun of in front of everyone because of your socks designed with the above books! It was my fault ... But I did not think you'd taken so much to you, sorry! - Ron confessed, putting aside all the pride that for a week had prevented any approach groped.
- Exactly, you should not have! - She replied, still thinking about the deep wound in the scene. It was probably even humiliating as the shameful punishment were serving!
Ronald looked down, guilty. Syllabus for the last time the word "Scu-sa-me" and goes back to his task. For a couple of hours they worked side by side in silence, but then the boy felt someone pulling his sleeve: he turned with a questioning and saw Hermione, biting her lip.
- Listen ... I thought while I was rearranging the books e. .. Well, I wanted to apologize to my turn for the punishment of today ... and of course accept your apology. I should not be the one to take as much, because it was just a joke between friends. But ... I'm so damn proud! I should have known before doing so angry so much Harry! - Said the girl, with shining eyes. How silly that was!
- But it was I that I should not do it! - Ron said, apologizing for the umpteenth time. - Peace? - He asked smiling, always whispering.
- Yes! - Hermione said, hugging him tightly. She breathed her scent and she seemed to ... return home as he had to live away from him for so many days? She smiled in turn, giving him a kiss on the cheek. Yeast.
They continued to work in silence, but a different kind of silence. Completely different. He was a quiet warm, loving, and that meant a lot, and they were aware of both: it was the first time that Ron Hermione face to face and admit that he was wrong in something and find the courage to apologize. A first, timid step towards the blossoming of their love story.
