grow, adapt and learn.
tolerate, too. Those are fine words, of course, but what do they mean anyway? The acceptance and understanding of things in childhood, nell'immaturità, for some adolescents and youth, are unacceptable, blatantly wrong, impossible to sustain.
Then comes the age of compromise. Age of reason, some people say.
So you accept that human beings are imperfect, the utopie impraticabili, le soluzioni mai 'pulite' e definitive, ma sempre mediate e parziali.
For example, I just read for the umpteenth time 'policy content'.
Politics should not be content. It is a means of communication or persuasion. It is not a book or a movie. Ask a child, I know. The policy must do things, and certainly for them and before them we must discuss it, but the debate is not the end, always do .
But no, I do not want to tell you that it is better to discuss a policy that does not, of course wrong.
And then? What do I mean?
Exactly what I said, without implications, without wanting to pull the ultimate morale, not aligned to a deployment. In Italy there is already too the idea of church party, which tells you what's good and what is not okay even if has nothing to do with ideology, the party's soccer team whose supporters are like a cheerleader and modify their views to justify 'athletes' [ eg. please explain why the left and right alignments should be unique on the Palestinian issue]. I'm not rooting for anyone. As in football. Or religion.
